Shipping & Delivery

Postage costs are automatically calculated by our website, at the lowest possible price. You can change the postage option when navigating through the checkout.

Orders received after 12pm (Midday) will not be processed until the next working day. If you need your order urgently then please ring us and we will see what we can do for you. Our Telephone number is 01288 275 003.

Please remember that UK mainland orders over £25 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE on standard delivery. (Orders from outside the UK mainland will be charged at the usual rates for that area). We reserve the right to increase shipping costs for European & International locations, you will be contacted and informed of the increase in postage, and given the option to proceed with or cancel the order.

Please note that delivery times will be affected if a bank holiday co-incides with the delivery schedule. You will be notified of any delays by email and given the option to proceed with or cancel the order. If ordering from overseas your shipping schedule will be adjusted accordingly and you will be notified. We will despatch your order within 2-5 working days of order, subject to stock levels. Where we cannot dispatch your order with in the timescale we will contact you and give you the option to wait or cancel. International orders are normally received in +/- 14 days.

Communication & Marketing By becoming a member of IAMWHY Clothing Company and providing us with your email, postal address, telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers (Our emails refer to your IAMWHY membership and the products & services we offer including clothes, footwear, hardwear, accessories etc.) which we think may be of interest to you. When ordering from IAMWHY you do not automatically become a member. You have the ability to opt out of receiving any communication during the ordering process.

Opting out of Communication All IAMWHY Clothing Company members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails,postal,telephone) from us and/or selected third parties we recommend you opt-out by emailing info@iamwhy.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to that effect.

In addition there is an opt-out link included at the bottom of every e-mail marketing communication. Clicking this link will generate an e-mail that will permanently unsubscribe you from our mailings.

Site Statistics We may disclose aggregate statistics about the number of visitors to our site or number of purchases made on the site as required by our investors. Returns & Replacements

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any product for any reason and it is still in its original condition, we will replace, swap or issue a refund.

We offer a fourteen day "cool off" period, allowing you to return any product, for any reason (in its original condition) for a full refund. To return goods you must get a returns number from us, so that we are aware of the returning item. The customer is responsible for postage if the items that are not faulty or if an exchange is required.

Faulty items - Will be inspected prior to decision making. Once an item has been found faulty, the customer will be offered an exchange or a refund for the original postage costs, the return postage costs and the cost of the item

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering

Please be aware our site is 100% secure and uses SSL encryption.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, except for payments via paypal. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
